What I wouldn't give to have a spot nearby to sip a cup and read the paper on a saturday morning... how is there nothing like that around??Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8709919592958418784.post-20784322358291307192012-07-05T21:20:44.130-04:002012-07-05T21:20:44.130-04:00LOL, thanks for the VERY kind words Jon. I much prefer more ego boosting comments!

I happened to be speaking with Cyril, the owner of the new Wine bar formerly known as "Q", today. Some permit delays have stalled his grand opening, but the signage did go up this afternoon so hopefully it's getting close.

Cyril mentioned to me that he's speaking with Franscious over at La Boulangerie about sourcing his bread from La Boulangerie. That's so Brooklyn of him!! KUDOS! Cyril is already a huge addition to our neighborhood in my mind.

In the meantime, I'll get to work on the Espresso bar idea. That's a winner in my book as I'm no Starbucks fan. Hmmm, maybe the folks over at Mr. Vino/La Cucina?Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11549380499150990699noreply@blogger.com
